How We Do Business

We operate in an open book manner whereby all information is shared with our clients. We charge the actual cost of the job plus a fee, which is a percentage of the job. Subcontractors and suppliers provide fixed bids after we carefully instruct them on the project scope. Everyone, especially the client, knows where a project stands at all times.
